Step 2: Set Up Your Organization

We’ll help you get the app running quickly:

  • Create your organization profile
  • Add active projects funded by donors
  • Begin recording receipts and reconciling expenses directly in the app

Training and support are provided so your team can start with confidence.

Step 3: What to Expect

  • Donor Confidence: Your donors will see exactly how funds are used, increasing their trust and likelihood of continued support.
  • Smoother Operations: Keep records organized and avoid the stress of manual tracking.
  • Shared Benefit: If qualified, a portion of the donor’s app fee is returned to your organization by Lychee, strengthening your capacity.

Donation-Based Pricing: The cost of Lychee Accounting is determined by the donation amount tied to each project and paid for by the donor. The cost of the app for CBOs is entirely FREE.
