How to Get Support

If you run into any issues, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Check the FAQsBrowse our FAQs and resource guides for quick answers to common questions. Most app setup and usage concerns can be resolved here.
  2. Contact Support – If you can’t access the app or need direct assistance, email our support team using our Contact form. Please use/include:
    1. The email address associated with your account
    2. A description of the issue
    3. Steps you’ve already tried
    4. Any relevant attachments (e.g., receipts, screenshots)
  3. Urgent Issues – For urgent matters that impact your organization’s ability to account for donor funds, please mark your email as High Priority so we can escalate your case.

Personal Data Removal (Delete Account)

Please provide the email address associated with your Lychee Accounting App account and we will remove all of the associated data with that address upon request.
